The Cost, The Consult, & The Commitment

You’ll receive your custom design project estimate within 24 hours (M-Th) or by end of next business day (if received Friday, Weekends, Holidays).

The estimate will allow you to see all the components included in your pricing so you can choose what to ultimately keep in your project or add at a later time.

If my pricing and process are a great fit for you, you can schedule your consult call or in-person meeting (local clients only) to hammer out all the fine details and get to know each other before signing the contract and getting started on your project.

After signing your contract, you will need to:

Purchase Hosting/Domain

You will need to purchase your own hosting and domain that is WordPress-capable. For info on how to purchase BlueHost domain/hosting, you can visit the link below or you can choose any provider that works best for your needs.

How to Purchase Hosting

Complete Design Questionnaire

You will be asked to fill out a design questionnaire and provide information about your preferences for how you want your website to look.

You will get to look over the design concepts and choose the one that works for you after completing this form.

Submit Completed Content

To create a functional website for your business, I will need you to provide information to provide to your customers.

I will link you to your content request forms for you to fill out for your website and provide links to upload all your images, content, and logo to my dropbox.

There is a 2 week deadline on this portion, as I need the info to build an effective website for you.

The Portal

I use Dubsado Client Management System to keep all of my ducks in a row and to allow a streamlined process for you throughout the entire project. You will find all the needed links, documents, invoices, due dates, instructions, emails, and more all within your client portal.

To access your portal, you will be sent a link with your password. You can also access the client portal by clicking “Client Login” in my menu or clicking here.

Your Website

Your new website should be ready within 4-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the site, my current workload, and how quickly you are able to get your content and feedback to me.
